What You’ll Do
- Lead the identification and pursuit of new business in the gaming sector, with secondary focus on adjacent digital entertainment markets
- Design marketing strategies tailored to brand and product goals, working hand-in-hand with creative and client teams
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform outreach and positioning
- Build and maintain a scoring system for upcoming game releases to prioritize sales efforts
- Help develop new service offerings that meet evolving client needs
- Represent the company at major gaming events and industry gatherings worldwide
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of two years in business development or sales, preferably within gaming or digital media
- Background in marketing or communications, ideally from an agency setting
- Strong grasp of gaming culture, platforms, and market dynamics
- Proven ability to communicate clearly, negotiate effectively, and build trust with clients
- Independent mindset with a record of taking initiative
