P2P.org is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead our expansion in Latin America. You will execute the Go-To-Market strategy for the LATAM region, establishing pivotal partnerships with exchanges and banks/neobanks. You will own the entire deal cycle from initial outreach to final payment.
What You'll Do
- Execute and own the Go-To-Market strategy in LATAM.
- Establish strategic partnerships with target accounts, including exchanges and banks/neobanks.
- Proactively identify key stakeholders, build relationships, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Lead and manage deals, coordinating independently with internal departments like product, legal, and research.
- Oversee the full deal cycle from cold outreach to contract signing and payment receipt.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in Institutional sales, particularly within Tradfi or Crypto.
- A proven track record of closing large deals, around $1 million+ USD.
- Comfort and success with competitive cold outreach to C-level executives and company founders.
- Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English.
- Deep understanding of blockchain market dynamics and the underlying technology.
- Highly self-organized, disciplined, and able to maintain a high work tempo.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in Spanish would be a big plus.
