Modern Family Law is hiring a Senior Attorney to play a foundational role in launching and growing our new Savannah office. This is your chance to join our Southeast expansion from the ground up, directly shaping the success and culture of the Savannah team while handling a meaningful caseload.
What You'll Do
- Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, custody, and child and spousal support.
- Manage direct client communications, draft legal documents, and handle depositions, court appearances, and mediations.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple responsibilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively within a team-oriented setting to ensure collective success.
What We're Looking For
- Adept experience handling a variety of family law cases.
- Comfort with direct client communications, drafting legal documents, and handling depositions, court appearances, and mediations.

- Annual compensation range of $90,000 - $180,000.
