A well-established family law practice is seeking a Senior Attorney to lead and manage complex legal matters from its Denver office. This role centers on handling divorce, child custody, and support cases, with a strong emphasis on direct client interaction and high-quality legal advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload involving divorce, custody, and financial support issues
  • Communicate directly with clients to understand needs and provide guidance
  • Prepare and file legal documents with precision and timeliness
  • Represent clients in court, mediations, and depositions
  • Meet deadlines efficiently in a fast-moving environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-level service delivery
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail across multiple active cases

Qualifications

  • Proven experience handling family law matters including divorce, custody, and support
  • Strong skills in client communication, legal writing, and courtroom advocacy
  • Ability to manage competing priorities without compromising accuracy

Work Environment & Benefits

This position operates in a remote-first model, with access to physical office space when necessary for court appearances or client meetings. After six months, attorneys may choose to work from any location.

  • Low monthly billable hour requirement (120 hours)
  • Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $205,120 annually
