About the Role

Modern Family Law is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join their Denver, CO office in a hybrid role. The attorney will handle a variety of family law cases, work directly with clients, and develop strong litigation skills in a supportive, remote-first environment with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

  • Adept at handling a variety of family law cases, such as divorce, custody, and child and spousal support
  • Comfortable with direct client communications, drafting legal documents, and handling depositions, court appearances, and mediations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail while managing multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting

Benefits & Compensation

  • $100,000 - $205,120 annually
  • $25,000 signing bonus and relocation package
  • Potential commissions based on billable hours and collections
  • $15,000 signing bonus and relocation package
  • Remote First Setting with Brick & Mortar Space Available (in-person as required by courts & clients)
