Modern Family Law is hiring a Senior Attorney to join our team. This role focuses on family law, offering a hybrid work arrangement. While you will primarily work remotely, you must reside in Washington to attend hearings and meet with clients at our Seattle office as needed. You will manage a full caseload in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
- Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, custody, and child and spousal support.
- Manage direct client communications, draft legal documents, and handle depositions, court appearances, and mediations.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively within a team-oriented setting, ensuring collective success.
What We're Looking For
- Four (4) or more years of Family Law experience.
- Active admission to the Washington State Bar.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Family Law is preferred; we are open to litigation candidates interested in practicing Family Law.

- Compensation range: $130,000 - $240,880 annually plus potential commissions based on billable hours and collections.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based in Seattle, Washington. While work is primarily remote, attorneys must reside in Washington to attend in-person hearings and client meetings as required.
