We are seeking a Family Law Attorney to manage a Washington family law litigation caseload end-to-end. You will have the autonomy to practice at a high level and the full administrative support to do so efficiently, focusing on client outcomes and attorney sustainability.
What You'll Do
- Handle Washington family law matters from intake through resolution.
- Manage temporary orders, discovery, motion practice, and settlement negotiations.
- Represent clients in hearings and trials as required.
- Develop case strategy and provide clear, empathetic client guidance.
- Communicate professionally with opposing counsel and the court.
- Maintain strong ethical judgment in sensitive and high-stakes matters.
- Leverage legal technology to stay organized and efficient.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of Washington family law experience.
- Active Washington State Bar license in good standing.
- Comfortable handling hearings, motions, and trial preparation.
- Strong organizational skills and case ownership mindset.
- Professional, client-centered communication style.
- Comfortable working in a tech-forward practice.

- Compensation: $150,000–$300,000 base (DOE) + bonus.
