KIND is seeking a Senior Attorney, Legal Training to join our Global Legal Representation, Assistance, and Litigation program. This role is dedicated to advancing the program's mission through the development and delivery of legal training.

What You'll Do

Develop and implement comprehensive legal training curricula for the program.
Design and deliver training materials, workshops, and resources for legal staff.
Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of current legal training initiatives.
Stay current on relevant legal developments to ensure training content is accurate and impactful.
Collaborate with program leadership to align training with strategic goals.

What We're Looking For

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership in good standing.
Significant experience in legal practice and a demonstrated passion for training and mentorship.
Proven ability to create and deliver effective legal training programs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
