Modern Family Law seeks a remote Family Law Associate Attorney to join its Seattle, WA office. In this role, you'll handle a variety of family law cases, have direct client contact, and develop substantive litigation skills early in your career within a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Handle a variety of family law cases, such as divorce, custody, and child and spousal support.
- Engage in direct client communications.
- Draft legal documents.
- Handle depositions, court appearances, and mediations.
- Manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Work collaboratively within a team-oriented setting.
What We're Looking For
- Active admission to the Washington State Bar.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset.
- Must reside in Washington to attend hearings or meet with clients in the office.
Nice to Have
- 0-3 years of Family Law experience.
- Experience in Family Law; open to litigation candidates interested in practicing Family Law.
