Modern Family Law is seeking a hybrid Family Law Associate Attorney to help launch and grow its new Atlanta office. This role offers the opportunity to shape the culture of the Southeast expansion while handling a variety of family law cases with direct client contact and strong support for professional development.

Compensation: $85,000 - $135,000 annually (base salary plus potential commissions based on billable hours and collections); actual pay adjusted based on experience, location, billable hour expectations, and other job-related factors.
