Modern Family Law was looking for a Managing Attorney

Modern Family Law seeks a Managing Attorney to lead the day-to-day operations of our San Antonio office. This critical leadership role balances hands-on family law practice with team mentorship and operational oversight to ensure the office's productivity and profitability.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily operations, productivity, and profitability of the San Antonio office.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop legal staff through training, motivation, and support.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR on recruitment and policy compliance.
  • Coordinate with other leaders to ensure cross-departmental support.
  • Conduct client consultations and provide legal advice on family law matters.
  • Represent clients in court, prepare legal documents, and negotiate settlements.

What We're Looking For

  • Active admission to the Texas State Bar.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent client service.
  • Clear and effective verbal and written legal communication.
  • Proficient in client counseling, case preparation, case management, and courtroom representation.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Five (5) or more years of devoted Family Law experience.
  • Skilled in mentoring and leading a team while fostering collaboration.
