Tyson & Mendes LLP is hiring an Associate Attorney to join our national litigation firm. In this role, you will be central to our specialized insurance defense and trial advocacy work, developing case strategies and managing litigation with a team dedicated to achieving exceptional results.
What You'll Do
- Develop compelling case strategies and manage litigation independently
- Handle court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
- Collaborate seamlessly with attorneys and staff at all levels
- Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients
- Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior attorneys
What We're Looking For
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar license in the state of California
- 1–8 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy, depositions, and trial preparation
- Ability to independently manage a full caseload from discovery through trial
