Your key responsibilities will include: • Lead and drive the growth of our consumer business across all channels, including digital acquisition, conversion, and retention. • Develop and execute strategies to scale adoption of our health plans and services for individual customers. • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, and Executive teams to align on consumer initiatives and ensure successful delivery. • Analyze performance data to uncover insights, shape decisions, and improve business outcomes. • Own strategic projects tied to consumer business performance and operational efficiency. • Serve as a trusted operational and strategic partner to senior leadership, helping translate priorities into executable plans. • Represent the voice of the consumer across the business, ensuring customer needs are met at every stage. Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, product management, consulting, or startup leadership roles. • Proven experience in scaling consumer products, ideally in tech-enabled or digital health businesses. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; able to distill complex data into clear action. • Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with cross-functional teams. • Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong execution ability and comfort with managing multiple initiatives at once.
