Capital One is looking for a Senior Associate, Digital Designer and Storyteller to support the Retail Bank's Channels Experience and Strategy (CXS) team. You will be responsible for delivering rich multimedia experiences—including videos, graphics, logos, and web designs—to inform and inspire associates.
What You'll Do
- Execute video production processes, including establishing intent, writing briefs and scripts, storyboarding, organizing production, filming, editing, and partnering with external crews.
- Deliver graphic design solutions across channels, applying brand standards to email/newsletter design, article layout, logos, slide templates, and infographics.
- Design, develop, and maintain intranet sites within Capital One's design system, creating visual layouts, building/coding pages in LumApps with HTML/Javascript, and managing content updates.
- Participate in and employ Agile practices, organization, time management, and communication.
- Collaborate on process improvement work by lending insights, support, and feedback.
- Build connections with the broader Retail Bank and enterprise-wide multimedia communities.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 3 years of experience in video production using Adobe Premiere (including filming and editing)
- At least 3 years experience in Adobe Creative Cloud programs; including but not limited to Photoshop and Illustrator
- At least 1 year experience in web design using HTML and Javascript
- At least 1 year experience in UX/UI design
- At least 1 year of experience with Google Workspace
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Video Production, Computer Science, Web Design, Graphic Design or related field
- 5+ years of work experience in web, logo, and graphic design
- 5+ years of work experience in video production and editing in Adobe Premiere
- 2+ years experience with GSuite
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- 1+ years of experience working in Adobe After Effects and Motion graphics
- 1+ years of experience developing web pages in LumApps
- 1+ years of experience formatting and laying out online articles
- 1+ years of experience building designs/templates for Slides presentations
- 1+ years of experience working with Agile methodologies
