As a Senior Affera Mapper, you will play a key role in advancing cardiac ablation technologies by providing specialized clinical and technical guidance for the Affera™ Mapping and Ablation System. Your expertise will support electrophysiology (EP) labs in Slovenia and Croatia, ensuring effective implementation and utilization of the system, including generators, software features, pumps, and associated accessories.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on clinical and technical support during EP mapping procedures, assisting physicians and lab staff in optimizing system performance
- Act as a technical authority by demonstrating system capabilities, conducting training sessions, and supporting product launches and trade shows
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine product strategies, value propositions, and clinical workflows
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic planning
- Support the development of training programs and contribute to the establishment of education centers
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain strong engagement with clinical and internal stakeholders
- Stay current with Medtronic’s full portfolio of cardiac ablation products, clinical guidelines, and emerging research
- Lead site activations by deploying tailored launch strategies aligned with customer requirements
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, medical engineering, or a related scientific field is required. Candidates must have at least three years of clinical EP experience and a minimum of two years providing independent support during EP mapping procedures. Fluency in English is essential, and additional European language skills are beneficial. A valid driving license is required, along with the ability to remain responsive and solution-focused in high-pressure environments. You should also be capable of sharing knowledge effectively with colleagues and teams.
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary, with ranges of 41,440.00 – 62,160.00 EUR in Croatia and 55,120.00 – 82,680.00 EUR in Slovenia. A flexible benefits package is available, including comprehensive compensation and resources designed to support employee success and well-being.
Work Environment
