Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of annual business plans for the WinCo account
  • Manage day-to-day relationship with WinCo to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives
  • Drive sales growth through effective product positioning and promotional strategies
  • Analyze market trends and competitive activity to inform account planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and supply chain
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics and sales results
  • Identify opportunities to expand product assortment and shelf presence
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional agreements
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and retail standards
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with WinCo stakeholders
  • Coordinate new product launches and innovation rollouts
  • Manage inventory levels and minimize out-of-stocks
  • Utilize data analytics to guide decision-making and forecasting
  • Maintain accurate records of communications and agreements
  • Support corporate initiatives related to sustainability and inclusion
  • Represent the brand professionally in all interactions
  • Stay current on retail and consumer goods industry developments
  • Ensure trade spending is optimized and delivers measurable ROI
  • Act as primary point of contact for WinCo-related issues
  • Drive execution of in-store marketing and display programs
