- Lead the development and implementation of annual business plans for the WinCo account
- Manage day-to-day relationship with WinCo to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives
- Drive sales growth through effective product positioning and promotional strategies
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to inform account planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and supply chain
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics and sales results
- Identify opportunities to expand product assortment and shelf presence
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional agreements
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and retail standards
- Lead quarterly business reviews with WinCo stakeholders
- Coordinate new product launches and innovation rollouts
- Manage inventory levels and minimize out-of-stocks
- Utilize data analytics to guide decision-making and forecasting
- Maintain accurate records of communications and agreements
- Support corporate initiatives related to sustainability and inclusion
- Represent the brand professionally in all interactions
- Stay current on retail and consumer goods industry developments
- Ensure trade spending is optimized and delivers measurable ROI
- Act as primary point of contact for WinCo-related issues
- Drive execution of in-store marketing and display programs
