Hazel Health is looking for a Senior Account Manager to cultivate, manage, and expand critical relationships with K-12 partner school districts in the Northeast Region. You will lead strategic partnerships, drive account success, and secure renewals, playing a key role in our mission to increase equitable access to quality healthcare for students and families.
What You'll Do
- Activate and manage district relationships by identifying key stakeholders and serving as the primary point of contact.
- Develop and implement account strategies to achieve engagement, renewal, expansion, and product adoption targets.
- Proactively analyze account performance metrics and customer feedback to identify and resolve risks.
- Conduct regular check-ins with district partners to deepen understanding of customer needs and demonstrate value.
- Provide on-site support at the district and school level to ensure smooth implementation and foster product engagement.
- Accurately track customer-related activities, communication, and market data using a CRM.
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process, including developing strategic plans and negotiating favorable terms.
- Maintain deep product and service knowledge to effectively communicate value and support utilization strategies.
- Represent the voice of the customer to internal teams to inform new offerings and address pain points.
What We're Looking For
- Prior sales or account management experience within K-12 education or in partnership with K-12 education, at the district level or above.
- Demonstrated ability to perform against engagement and renewal targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience within start-up or hyper-growth environments.
- Prior experience partnering with, or working in, Northeastern region School Districts.
- Direct prior experience as a school counselor or administrator or district leader.
