Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end management of key enterprise accounts

  • Drive adoption and expansion of platform services
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and strategic planning sessions
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Serve as primary point of contact for strategic inquiries
  • Negotiate contract renewals and service agreements
  • Monitor account health and proactively address risks
  • Translate client feedback into product and service improvements
  • Coordinate onboarding and integration support
  • Maintain accurate account records and forecasting data
  • Deliver executive-level presentations and business reviews
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery timelines
  • Advocate for client needs internally
  • Support go-to-market initiatives for new offerings
  • Track key performance indicators and report on outcomes
  • Foster trust through consistent, transparent communication
  • Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple departments
  • Guide clients through scaling and optimization phases
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends
  • Promote best practices in campaign execution and measurement
