About the Role

1000heads is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our Client Services team. In this role, you will manage and grow key accounts by building strong client relationships, developing innovative creative ideas, and leading a team to deliver effective social strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Consistently develop innovative and creative ideas for client campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients, listening to and understanding their requirements.
  • Develop a clear understanding of your clients’ brand(s), category, and customers.
  • Lead a team to deliver effective Social strategies for a range of clients and/or projects.
  • Lead insights and monitoring projects, ensuring insights are integrated with creative and strategy development.
  • Monitor and understand your clients’ markets, including competitive activity.
  • Ensure clients are kept informed and that reports are delivered on time and stored centrally.
  • Assist in creating project briefs, briefing the wider team, and presenting ideas to clients.
  • Develop effective project plans and project specification documents.
  • Produce accurate cost estimates and ensure they are signed off before work proceeds.
  • Ensure all billing is completed on time and campaigns run to agreed budgets.
  • Assist with the production of client reviews.
  • Oversee the overall quality of final deliverables on projects you manage.
  • Maintain a central file of essential client information.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in account handling, creative development, or client-facing project management.
  • Experience delivering digital and social campaigns.
  • Experience with cross-market campaign activation.
  • Line management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships while delivering projects to the highest standard, on time and to budget.
  • The ability to analyze and resolve problems quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • Strong listening skills.
  • An understanding of social media and its impact on brand.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Team & Environment

You will be part of the Client Services team, reporting directly to an Account Director.

This position is based in our London office.
