Shape the future of performance advertising for a global social discovery platform dedicated to reducing loneliness through technology. As the Senior PPC Specialist, you'll take ownership of launching, scaling, and fine-tuning paid campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads, with a strong emphasis on Demand Generation, Search, and Performance Max initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Build and scale DemandGen campaigns from initial launch to profitable performance, using tCPA and tROAS bidding frameworks
- Manage end-to-end Search and PMax campaigns, ensuring sustained growth without sacrificing efficiency
- Optimize targeting, budgets, bids, and audience signals based on real-time performance data
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop, test, and refine ad assets through structured A/B testing
- Use insights from testing to guide creative evolution and improve conversion outcomes
- Develop and maintain detailed performance dashboards in Google Sheets for campaign tracking and analysis
- Draw on data from BI tools, Superset, and internal systems to inform optimization strategies
- Analyze conversion funnels to uncover opportunities for efficiency gains and expansion
What You Bring
- Minimum of two years managing Google Demand Generation campaigns with a focus on performance KPIs
- Proven track record with both video and static creatives in discovery-style campaigns
- Hands-on experience applying tCPA and tROAS strategies across DemandGen, Search, and PMax
- Strong grasp of key metrics including CPA, ROAS, and ROI
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and experience extracting insights from data platforms
- Ability to work independently to meet efficiency and scale targets
- Fluency in English (B2 or higher) and advanced proficiency in Russian (C1+)
