About the Role

This role focuses on redefining how the organization operates by leading large-scale process transformation initiatives. You will evaluate current end-to-end workflows to uncover redundancies, inefficiencies, and cost drivers, then design streamlined future-state processes aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a unified process blueprint that reflects current and future operating models across the enterprise
  • Collaborate with functional leaders and technical experts to standardize and implement improved workflows across departments, products, and locations
  • Apply Lean principles, Value Stream Mapping, and other optimization techniques to deliver measurable improvements in speed, quality, and cost efficiency
  • Identify opportunities for automation and digital enablement to enhance process consistency and scalability
  • Lead change management efforts to support adoption, ensuring new processes are sustained over time
  • Influence decision-makers and guide prioritization through data-driven insights and clear communication

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate brings a track record of driving process excellence in complex, multi-functional environments. You must be skilled in translating operational data into practical improvements and capable of balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution. Success requires resilience, initiative, and the ability to challenge existing norms while fostering collaboration across all levels.

Strong facilitation, communication, and leadership abilities are essential, as is experience guiding stakeholders through transformation. Expertise in Lean, process optimization, and workflow modeling is required.
