This role focuses on redefining how the organization operates by leading large-scale process transformation initiatives. You will evaluate current end-to-end workflows to uncover redundancies, inefficiencies, and cost drivers, then design streamlined future-state processes aligned with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a unified process blueprint that reflects current and future operating models across the enterprise
- Collaborate with functional leaders and technical experts to standardize and implement improved workflows across departments, products, and locations
- Apply Lean principles, Value Stream Mapping, and other optimization techniques to deliver measurable improvements in speed, quality, and cost efficiency
- Identify opportunities for automation and digital enablement to enhance process consistency and scalability
- Lead change management efforts to support adoption, ensuring new processes are sustained over time
- Influence decision-makers and guide prioritization through data-driven insights and clear communication
Qualifications and Skills
