Support customers in France who rely on e-commerce tools to manage shipping, software integrations, and financial matters. You'll respond to inquiries across chat, phone, and email, making sure each interaction is clear, respectful, and solution-focused.
What You’ll Do
- Resolve customer issues related to shipping workflows, platform use, and billing
- Communicate professionally in both French and English, adapting tone to each situation
- Guide users to understand and use tools independently
- Track recurring concerns and suggest practical improvements
- Stay composed during high-pressure moments while managing several tasks
- Take responsibility when things go wrong and help prevent future issues
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent written and spoken English and French
- Strong listening and communication skills, with a focus on clarity
- Ability to think quickly and adapt in fast-moving situations
- A positive mindset when facing obstacles
- Willingness to go beyond standard answers to find real solutions
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
- Based in Zagreb and available during core hours (8:45–17:30, Mon–Fri)
