Join a team dedicated to shaping how consumers experience premium beverage brands. As a Brand Educator based in Atlanta, GA, you'll play a key role in connecting people with Diageo's portfolio through on-premise, off-premise, and experiential events. Your presence will help bring brand stories to life while fostering informed, positive interactions.
What You’ll Do
- Engage directly with consumers to share brand narratives and product insights at points of experience, purchase, and consumption
- Guide attendees through compliant sampling experiences where permitted by local law and company policy
- Represent brand values authentically, helping build lasting consumer trust
- Set up and maintain branded point-of-sale materials ahead of events
- Use digital tools to log event details, submit recaps, and upload photos for marketing use
- Handle promotional supplies, including transport and return of materials
- Follow responsible service practices and report any policy concerns
- Stay current with brand training delivered through online platforms
- Document competitive activity and market trends to support strategy
What We’re Looking For
- Proven ability to connect with diverse audiences in a natural, respectful way
- Strong understanding of brand differentiation and the ability to communicate it clearly
- Reliability to arrive on time, dressed appropriately, and ready to work through event completion
- Physical ability to stand or walk for long periods and carry heavy items such as product cases or display materials
- Flexibility to work weekday evenings starting between 4–5 PM
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation for local travel (within 45 minutes of city center)
- Commitment to professional appearance and adherence to company guidelines
Compensation & Logistics
This is a local, event-based position in Atlanta, GA. The starting rate is $30/hour, with reimbursement available for mileage. Work is scheduled around consumer-facing events, requiring weekday evening availability. You’ll receive digital training and use tech platforms to support reporting and communication.
