Coveo is looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to grow and manage a base of large, global strategic accounts across the DACH market. In this role, you will develop strategies to expand revenue and customer satisfaction from the AI Platform, serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers.
What You'll Do
- Own and develop your territory by managing a portfolio of existing enterprise customers, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the engagement.
- Leverage existing relationships and forge new ones with the CXO level within target accounts, establishing trust as a trusted advisor.
- Create and maintain effective, strategic account plans to align with customer business objectives and ensure revenue growth and retention.
- Negotiate and close complex, global deals, navigating intricate procurement processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create a compelling strategy based on client needs while maximizing company value.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including customer success, marketing, product, renewals, and customer support to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and goal targets.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience exceeding sales quotas and expanding existing customer accounts in software/SaaS.
- Experience selling innovative technologies and introducing new concepts to enterprise global accounts (AI, Big Data, Cloud, etc.).
- Comfortable selling to C-Suite, CIOs, Senior IT executives, and Senior LOB executives.
- Strong foundation in Enterprise Account approach that aligns solutions to customer strategies to drive expansion.
- Quota-carrying experience in expanding existing named accounts while ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Skilled at building and managing a strong pipeline for your portfolio, including identifying high-potential leads and nurturing relationships.

- MEDDPICC certification is a plus.
