Marks is looking for a Senior Account Manager to own client relationship management, end-to-end project delivery, and strategic business growth within our creative agency.

What You'll Do

Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels.
Manage day-to-day client and account operations with a solution-oriented approach.
Manage end-to-end project deliveries, ensuring alignment with objectives, budgets, timelines, and briefs.
Be familiar with client brands, portfolio guidelines, and specific market/channel/retailer requirements for instore activation and digital design.
Apply knowledge of branding and competitive landscape to consult with clients, translating business challenges into clear briefs, scope, and fees.
Provide accurate short, medium, and long-term reporting and forecasts to support business and resource planning.
Develop client account and new business plans with the Senior Account Director, strategizing new client acquisition and cross-selling.
Interact with our global network to explore opportunities for extending services in China.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 6+ years of creative agency experience in Account Management and/or Project Management at a Marketing Communication, Shopper Marketing, or Ad Agency.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.
Strong organizational and project management skills to meet critical deadlines.
Ability to grow existing client work and manage account finances across different streams.
Ability to work independently with strong time management, problem-solving, and collaborative selling skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Keynote).

Nice to Have

Knowledge of managing 3D, structure, retail design, innovation, toolkit development, digital, and 360 campaigns.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or InDesign).
Fluent in spoken and written English.
