Support clients across the Americas with a focus on BrazilWe're looking for an organized and client-focused Account Manager to serve as the main point of contact for our clients after onboarding. You'll handle inquiries, troubleshoot account issues, and ensure clients stay on track with their operations and campaigns, particularly those in Brazil and other Portuguese-speaking regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client questions via live chat and other digital channels
- Manage, prioritize, and resolve a steady flow of support tickets related to account setup, billing, deposits, and access provisioning
- Monitor active requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution
- Guide new clients through platform onboarding, processes, and best practices
- Deliver credentials and resources efficiently so clients can begin operations quickly
- Identify opportunities to grow client engagement and pass them to the Business Development team
- Share feedback with internal teams on recurring issues and areas for platform improvement
- Work during US hours while supporting clients across multiple time zones
What You Bring
- Currently based in Brazil
- At least two years of experience in account management, technical support, or client operations
- Native or fluent proficiency in both Portuguese and English, written and spoken
- Comfort navigating SaaS platforms and explaining technical details clearly
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high ticket volumes efficiently
- Proactive problem-solving approach and the ability to work independently
- Excellent written communication skills, especially in digital formats
- Reliability and attention to detail when managing client relationships
Preferred Background
- Experience in ad tech, performance marketing, or affiliate networks
- Client-facing or operations work at a media buying agency
- Technical support or customer success in a SaaS or fintech environment
- Familiarity with ad platforms such as Meta, Google, or TikTok
- Experience working in distributed, multi-timezone teams
- Additional language skills, especially Spanish
Work Environment
This is a fully remote role with team members located around the world. You'll work during US hours while based in Brazil, supported by collaborative tools and regular virtual meetings. We emphasize flexibility, open communication, and a connected team culture despite geographic distribution.
