Role Overview
As a Translation Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end delivery of complex, AI-powered localization initiatives for global clients. You'll manage project lifecycles across a secure, ISO-certified platform, ensuring content meets quality, budget, and timeline standards in over 300 languages.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, scoping, and requirement validation in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Manage all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, resource coordination, and risk mitigation.
- Monitor project timelines and proactively address delays to ensure on-time delivery.
- Support budget oversight and maintain accurate financial records across active projects.
- Facilitate communication between internal specialists and external partners to align on goals and resolve issues.
- Build and sustain strong working relationships with assigned teams and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness in delivery workflows.
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reports on project status, scope changes, and financial performance.
- Ensure process documentation is current and accessible for knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience in fast-paced environments with strict delivery timelines.
- Availability to work 9am–6pm Pacific Time.

Work Model
This is an onsite role requiring presence during fixed business hours (9am–6pm PT) within the Pacific Time Zone.
