Responsibilities
- Direct all revenue and profit-related activities for designated client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
- Create strategic plans for accounts and product categories, including financial forecasting and budget alignment.
- Pursue new business prospects while growing current client engagements.
- Work closely with fragrance, marketing, consumer insights, applications, and technology teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Analyze competitor actions, market trends, and customer strategies to enhance competitive positioning.
- Lead pricing discussions and ensure adherence to agreed commercial terms.
- Monitor key performance indicators like sales, gross margin, and win rates, implementing adjustments as needed.
- Manage the progression of projects from initial concept to production and market launch.
- Address customer concerns promptly while complying with regulatory and internal standards.
