EssenceMediacom is hiring a Senior Account Manager to join our team supporting DS Smith's Retail Marketing division. In this role, you will work directly with a leading UK FMCG brand, delivering campaigns from brief to production, growing a key contracted client, and managing special innovation projects.
What You'll Do
- Deliver and execute campaigns from brief to production for a leading UK FMCG brand.
- Collaborate closely with PMC partners and DS Smith production teams to drive projects through the design process.
- Grow a key contracted client by driving and managing their sales and overall value.
- Champion the client's values to deliver outstanding service aligned with their needs.
- Work closely with the Account Director on strategic growth plans.
- Manage special innovation projects that enhance the client's potential.
- Build strong professional and personal relationships with the client through regular interaction.
- Collaborate with the client and internal departments to ensure continually improving service levels.
- Meticulously manage all key project documentation, ensuring it's collected, shared, and communicated seamlessly and on time.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrable experience in Point-of-Sale account management.
- Strong commercial awareness and comfort handling the financial aspects of a role.
- A sales-driven mindset with the ability to uncover and investigate new opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at liaising with customers, with a genuine passion for POS retail marketing.
- Excellent organisational, project management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, self-motivated and able to work at pace.
Team & Environment
You will work closely with PMC partners, DS Smith production teams, and an Account Director.
