Position Overview

A well-established IT solutions organization is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead business growth efforts in the Blue Bell, PA area. This role is responsible for driving new revenue by identifying client needs and aligning them with comprehensive technology offerings. The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset and a consistent record of success in complex sales environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the full portfolio of technology solutions and services to effectively position them to prospects.
  • Design and implement sales strategies tailored to client industries and business objectives.
  • Generate new leads through cold outreach, networking, in-person meetings, and participation in industry events.
  • Build trusted relationships by understanding client challenges and aligning them with appropriate technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and pre-sales experts to ensure accurate responses to client requirements.
  • Create and maintain territory plans that support consistent pipeline development and goal achievement.
  • Attend business functions and vendor events to strengthen partnerships and expand market reach.
  • Demonstrate consistent professionalism, energy, and persistence in all client-facing interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in IT sales, with demonstrated expertise in at least two of the following areas: Network Security, Automation, Data Analytics, Infrastructure, Storage, Cloud, Professional Services, or Managed Services.
  • Existing relationships with one or more major technology partners are strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently at the executive level.
  • Proven ability to clearly convey technical value propositions to non-technical stakeholders.

Work Location

This is an onsite position based in Blue Bell, PA. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the area. No remote work options are available at this time.
