You will be responsible for building and managing key partnerships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and delivering performance insights that shape business strategy. Key Responsibilities
- Establish and strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders at major banks and financial firms in Hong Kong
- Deliver actionable reports and performance analysis to support partner engagement and decision-making
- Design and lead initiatives that expand revenue streams through campaigns, proposals, and strategic activities
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to execute joint programs
- Translate client feedback into actionable input for product and data optimization
- Support management with ad-hoc analysis and strategic account projects
- Work toward defined revenue goals tied to commission structures
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of business development experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated success in driving measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication abilities in both English and Cantonese, spoken and written
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
- Experience navigating complex organizations and influencing senior stakeholders
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on team enablement and problem-solving
- Curiosity about personal finance and digital financial services
Preferred Background
- Experience in two-sided marketplace models or B2B2C environments
