Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients among building product manufacturers within the architecture, engineering, and construction sectors through proactive outreach
- Conduct exploratory conversations and present customized demonstrations aligned with client objectives, performance metrics, and go-to-market approaches
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to final closing, including crafting proposals, negotiating terms, and handling procurement procedures
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and guide complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Participate in industry conferences and events approximately twice per quarter to generate leads and advance strategic initiatives
- Develop and refine a scalable sales methodology specific to building product manufacturers
- Collaborate across departments to assist in launching new products and services designed for manufacturer clients
