UpCodes is hiring a Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients among building product manufacturers within the architecture, engineering, and construction sectors through proactive outreach
  • Conduct exploratory conversations and present customized demonstrations aligned with client objectives, performance metrics, and go-to-market approaches
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to final closing, including crafting proposals, negotiating terms, and handling procurement procedures
  • Develop strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and guide complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
  • Participate in industry conferences and events approximately twice per quarter to generate leads and advance strategic initiatives
  • Develop and refine a scalable sales methodology specific to building product manufacturers
  • Collaborate across departments to assist in launching new products and services designed for manufacturer clients
