Iron Mountain is hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive net new sales and revenue from a portfolio of North American financial institutions. This role focuses on our top-tier Global Industries Strategic Accounts, requiring you to increase our footprint and meet quota by selling solutions through direct prospecting and execution of marketing initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Own business development within 5–6 major financial institutions
- Prospect into new contacts and divisions, securing meetings with senior decision-makers
- Work cross-functionally with internal SMEs to craft customized solutions
- Develop and deliver compelling value propositions and proposals
- Manage RFPs, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations
- Align with Managing Director and Global Account Manager on long-term account planning
- Travel as needed for client meetings across the U.S. and Canada
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience
- Proven success selling into financial services or insurance clients
- Track record of closing complex sales with 3–12 month cycles
- Skilled at value-based selling, with strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Comfortable reaching out daily to VP and C-level contacts
- Ability to travel domestically ~40%

- Experience ideally in digital, cloud, or transformation solutions
Team & Environment
Works in collaboration with a team that includes a Managing Director who holds global accountability for the accounts and Global Account Manager(s).
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $104,800.00 - $139,700.00 + commissions
