About the Role

Two is looking for a Senior Account Executive to spearhead growth in the Nordic markets. You will own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals with mid-sized and enterprise customers, and play a key role in localizing and representing our brand across the region.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales process from prospecting to closing deals with mid-sized and enterprise customers across key verticals.
  • Localize and represent Two’s brand in the Nordic markets and help shape our local go-to-market approach.
  • Drive outbound sales activity and manage inbound lead qualification.
  • Build trusted relationships with decision-makers, clearly articulating the value of our B2B payment solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, risk, and finance to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing insights to inform product and sales strategy.
  • Maintain a well-organized pipeline in our CRM and deliver clear sales forecasting.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience owning a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • A track record of selling to mid-sized and enterprise customers.
  • Strong ability to build trusted relationships and articulate complex value propositions clearly.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot for pipeline management.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
  • Deep understanding of the Nordic business landscape.
