Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a (Senior) Account Executive to drive business growth and cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients. You will own the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals and supporting account expansion, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the company ambassador, embodying the brand in all interactions with business clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, turning leads into established accounts.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings to convert potential and existing clients into committed partners.
- Foster growth of newly activated accounts and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and capture multi-country business opportunities.
- Provide market insights and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive overall business growth.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience and network in B2B sales.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively generate leads and close deals.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with experience managing multiple deals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Independent, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and networking across various levels, from frontline personnel to C-suite executives.
Nice to Have
- Experience in luxury services, SaaS, ride-hailing or chauffeur services, or elite/private banking sectors.
