About the Role

Braze is hiring a Senior Account Executive - Platform Sales to drive the growth of our payments solutions for vertical software platforms. In this role, you will shape product evolution by bringing market feedback to our strategy and excel in executing sophisticated account-based selling.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with the demand generation team to manage qualified leads and execute account-based selling strategies.
  • Communicate the value of our solutions to vertical software platforms, converting leads into opportunities.
  • Gather feedback from prospects and customers to influence product development and strategy.
  • Maintain accurate lead data and ensure seamless collaboration with the sales team.

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience and solid understanding of the acquiring landscape (payment industry expertise).
  • Proven success in selling to software companies, particularly vertical software platforms (solution selling experience).
  • Strong ability to execute both lead-driven and account-based sales strategies.
  • A results-driven approach to exceeding goals and driving success (proactive mindset).
  • Team player with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Exceptional cold-call prospecting abilities using consultative phone skills.
  • Experience selling technology solutions to Director and C-Level executives at SMBs.
  • Excellent follow-up skills.
  • Energetic and enjoy working in a quota-based environment.

Team & Environment

This role is part of a newly focused business unit and is supported by a dedicated demand generation team.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary range: $70,000 - $140,000 USD.

This is a remote position open to candidates located in the US.
