Responsibilities
- Locate and pursue enterprise-level prospects within designated geographic areas
- Create and implement targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals
- Establish and nurture relationships with critical decision-makers and stakeholders
- Perform in-depth market analysis to identify customer requirements and industry developments
- Deliver product or service demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Lead negotiations and finalize high-value contracts with a focus on client satisfaction and ongoing collaboration
- Work closely with internal departments such as marketing, product, and support to ensure a unified customer journey
- Maintain precise documentation of sales efforts and consistently update CRM data
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking functions to cultivate leads and grow market presence
- Travel to client locations periodically for in-person meetings on a monthly or quarterly basis
- Manage acquisition, upsell, and contract renewal opportunities
