About the Role

CorePlan is hiring a Senior Account Executive to lead our customer acquisition efforts in North America. You will be responsible for driving growth by prospecting, qualifying leads, and executing outbound sales campaigns using CorePlan's proven methodology.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and qualify new leads using CorePlan's target list and your industry expertise
  • Develop and run outbound campaigns, deliver presentations, and tailor demos to each prospect
  • Use our sales methodology from first contact through to contract and closure
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless experience for prospects and customers
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
  • Attend tradeshows, conferences, and customer-facing events as needed
  • Keep systems and registers accurate and up to date
  • Produce reports and playbooks as needed
  • Gather feedback and align with stakeholders to ensure commercial and business viability
  • Collaborate with the CorePlan team to ensure smooth operations and a fun, results-driven environment

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, tech, or industrial sectors
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing longer sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience using CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
  • Additional training or certifications in sales, CRM tools, or SaaS platforms
  • Exposure to mining, drilling, or heavy industries is highly regarded
