About the Role

EvenUp is hiring a Sales Development Representative I to drive growth at the top of our sales funnel. In this role, you will be responsible for executing outbound campaigns and generating qualified meetings for our Account Executives, helping us fulfill our mission to close the justice gap using technology and AI.

What You'll Do

  • Grow the top of the sales funnel through strategic cold outbound campaigns.
  • Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using EvenUp’s qualification criteria.
  • Utilize active listening to understand and uncover customer needs, effectively communicating how EvenUp can solve them.
  • Identify high-potential areas of growth and develop and execute outbound strategies to secure them.
  • Develop strong sales and product knowledge.
  • Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to provide the best possible content and first impressions for new customers.
  • Research companies and add qualified prospects to our outbound list.
  • Maintain accurate client relationship data within HubSpot.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ months of experience in a Sales Development role.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or service-oriented business models.
  • Experience generating outbound leads.
  • Hands-on CRM experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
