About the Role

Rillet is seeking a Senior Recruiter to build and support recruiting processes that attract top talent across our business and technical organizations. You will lead end-to-end recruitment as we work towards making zero day close a reality for high-growth companies.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for business and technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide them through the hiring process while maintaining exceptional candidate experience.
  • Contribute to talent acquisition strategy and collaborate cross-functionally to meet hiring goals.
  • Support various people operations and talent initiatives.
  • Gain exposure to various parts of the people function, including Employer Branding, Recruiting Ops, and People Ops.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and modern ATS platforms.
  • Strong ability to assess both technical and business candidates.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Data-driven approach and experience with recruiting metrics.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup and bringing clarity to ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills and commitment to inclusive hiring practices.

Nice to Have

  • Preferably with a focus on business recruiting.
  • Preference for candidates who are a commutable distance to NYC for occasional team meets.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid role with a remote-first culture. Primary location is Remote, with a preference for candidates near NYC for occasional in-person collaboration.
