Rillet is seeking a Senior Recruiter to build and support recruiting processes that attract top talent across our business and technical organizations. You will lead end-to-end recruitment as we work towards making zero day close a reality for high-growth companies.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for business and technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide them through the hiring process while maintaining exceptional candidate experience.
- Contribute to talent acquisition strategy and collaborate cross-functionally to meet hiring goals.
- Support various people operations and talent initiatives.
- Gain exposure to various parts of the people function, including Employer Branding, Recruiting Ops, and People Ops.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and modern ATS platforms.
- Strong ability to assess both technical and business candidates.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Data-driven approach and experience with recruiting metrics.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup and bringing clarity to ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to inclusive hiring practices.
Nice to Have
- Preferably with a focus on business recruiting.
- Preference for candidates who are a commutable distance to NYC for occasional team meets.
