Secfix is looking for a German-speaking Founder's Associate GTM to own and drive demand generation in a high-impact role. You'll work side-by-side with founders and the GTM lead, gaining deep operational experience across all go-to-market functions to achieve growth milestones.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with founders and the GTM lead to shape and execute GTM strategy.
- Own the full lead generation cycle from identifying target accounts to qualifying and nurturing high-potential opportunities.
- Use tools like Sales Navigator, Clay, and HubSpot to streamline workflow and build a high-converting pipeline.
- Book and prepare discovery meetings for smooth handoffs to sales.
- Design, test, and optimize outbound campaigns, using data to continuously improve performance.
- Deliver key insights and metrics directly to the CEO to influence strategic decisions.
- Define, implement, and refine GTM processes and automations to build a scalable function.
- Help architect the GTM engine by building strategy, systems, and playbooks.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English and German (C2 level).
- 0.5–2 years of experience in sales, operations, business development, GTM, VC, or a fast-paced startup (relevant internships count).
Nice to Have
- A track record of success and achievement in academic, sporting, extracurricular, or other endeavors.
Technical Stack
- HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Zapier, Clay, ChatGPT, Cursor

You'll work closely with the CEO, CTO, GTM lead, and the sales and marketing teams.
