Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success
- Drive account planning and long-term growth strategies
- Deliver executive-level presentations to key stakeholders
- Manage multiple concurrent sales cycles effectively
- Utilize data and insights to guide client conversations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and offerings
- Act as primary point of contact for key accounts
- Ensure alignment between client needs and service capabilities
- Support onboarding and transition for new clients
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities
- Respond to inquiries with timely and accurate information
- Adhere to sales methodologies and reporting standards
- Participate in regular performance reviews and planning sessions

- Travel as needed to support client engagements
