Responsibilities
- Manage and expand a dedicated set of enterprise clients throughout Europe.
- Promote the adoption of inspection services and software platforms by demonstrating integrated asset management benefits across client fleets.
- Lead intricate sales processes involving multiple stakeholders, including technical, commercial, and executive-level contacts.
- Create strategic account plans, identify key stakeholders, and build executive-level relationships to increase customer spending.
- Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and identify expansion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate revenue forecasts, oversee the sales pipeline, and meet or exceed quarterly booking goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights drawn from expertise in wind energy and industrial technology sectors.
