YipitData is hiring a Senior Account Executive (Enterprise - Brands/Retail), Corporate

Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients in the brands and retail sector, focusing on long-term retention and account expansion. You'll serve as the primary commercial contact, guiding clients through their lifecycle—from onboarding and strategic reviews to renewal and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive renewals and identify upsell opportunities within existing enterprise accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with budget holders and decision-makers across functions like strategy, marketing, and analytics
  • Position data products as essential tools for strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with research and client strategy teams to deliver high-impact insights
  • Advocate for client needs internally while fostering product adoption and satisfaction
  • Lead contract negotiations with procurement teams and manage complex stakeholder environments

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of sales experience selling subscription or research services to large retail enterprises
  • Proven success managing full-cycle client relationships and exceeding targets
  • Skill in navigating enterprise organizations and identifying new buying centers
  • Strong communication and questioning abilities with high emotional intelligence
  • Motivation to contribute to company-wide success, not just individual performance
  • Passion for data, problem-solving, and building something from the ground up

Compensation & Work Environment

Base salary of $130,000–$150,000 with variable commission; total on-target earnings up to $280,000 annually. Equity included. The role operates in a hybrid model, open to candidates in NYC, Austin, Miami, Denver, Mountain View, Seattle, or anywhere in the U.S. Remote work is supported, though income may be subject to New York State tax rules depending on location.
