Drive revenue through relationships in one of the fastest-growing media markets in the country. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll lead sales efforts for a trusted local media brand, connecting businesses with engaged audiences through podcast and newsletter advertising. Your focus will be on understanding client goals and designing effective digital and audio campaigns that deliver measurable results.
What You’ll Do
- Engage decision-makers across Austin through in-person and virtual meetings to present compelling media solutions.
- Build and maintain a robust network of local business leaders, marketing executives, and agency partners.
- Design custom advertising programs that align with client objectives, leveraging both digital and audio platforms.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue targets through strategic outreach and consultative selling.
- Keep accurate records in the CRM and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success.
- Work cross-functionally with content, marketing, and operations to deliver integrated campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- Residence in or near Austin with strong local market knowledge.
- Proven success in sales, particularly in performance-driven environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and close deals with confidence and integrity.
- Experience in media, audio, or digital advertising is highly valued.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to being a positive, reliable team member.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
