As a High-Velocity Account Executive, you'll lead the end-to-end sales process for growing organizations with 10–49 employees, guiding them to adopt a platform that enhances team performance and continuous learning. You’ll manage a high-throughput pipeline, moving deals forward efficiently within a roughly 30-day timeline using a structured, data-driven approach.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales journey—from initial contact through negotiation and closing—with a focus on speed and precision
- Deliver tailored demonstrations that highlight value based on each customer’s unique goals and challenges
- Use active listening and insightful questioning to quickly uncover business needs and align solutions
- Maintain a well-organized CRM with accurate forecasting and clear next steps for every opportunity
- Partner with RevOps to refine processes using performance data and customer feedback
- Support new clients during onboarding to ensure a seamless transition
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects that match your interests and expand your impact
- Develop deep expertise in the product and HR technology landscape to advise customers strategically
What We’re Looking For
You have 2–3 years of client-facing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS sales or consulting. You’re naturally organized, thrive in fast-moving environments, and balance efficiency with empathy. You’re motivated by helping teams grow and are comfortable discussing technology with decision-makers.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines with discipline and focus
