Braze is hiring a Senior Account Executive to lead the identification and acquisition of new business with government agencies. In this role, you will manage your sales pipeline with a continuous growth mindset, working to connect new agencies with our platform for the long term.
What You'll Do
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with government agencies.
- Manage your sales approach, pipeline, and professional development with a growth mindset.
- Increase capacity to help public-sector staff learn about our software.
- Work to convert a pipeline of high-potential prospect agencies.
- Proactively bring teammates together to maintain a creative, strategic, and innovative sales approach.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of successful quota-carrying experience in high-growth enterprise GovTech SaaS sales, including prospecting, discovery, platform demonstration, and closing.
- Proven experience selling engagement software to communicators, planners, and engagement staff within the local government market.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Coachability and a commitment to being a lifelong learner.
