Happy Money is looking for a Senior Account Executive to play a critical role in driving our next stage of growth. You will acquire and expand relationships with the largest and most sophisticated law firms across EMEA, leading high-value, consultative sales engagements to transform financial and operational performance.
What You'll Do
- Lead and execute enterprise-level sales cycles, achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts through research, networking, and data-driven targeting.
- Build trusted relationships with law firm leaders, articulating the strategic and financial value of our technology.
- Translate client challenges into tailored, high-impact solutions through ROI modeling and business case development.
- Partner with internal marketing, pre-sales, customer success, and product teams to craft compelling proposals.
- Maintain expert knowledge of our solutions, competitor offerings, and evolving industry trends.
- Manage accurate pipeline and forecasting within Salesforce.com.
- Represent us at industry conferences, client forums, and virtual events.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Law, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- 6–8 years of experience in enterprise software sales, ideally in SaaS ERP, financial, or practice management solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas in complex, consultative, B2B environments.
- Experience managing long sales cycles with multiple executive stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to build and defend ROI models.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and modern sales enablement tools.
- Strategic, results-driven, and commercially minded with a “Hunter” mentality and executive presence.
- Collaborative, proactive, and adept at influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Ability to travel up to 50% as business needs require.
- Role requires the following physical capacity: Moderate: 20–50 lbs – frequent lifting, bending, or standing.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
