Insurance Office of America is hiring a Senior Account Associate for our Commercial lines team. You will be a key support member, assisting the account team with administrative tasks and client service while ensuring performance and quality standards are met. Your work will help prevent errors and omissions liability.
What You'll Do
- Assist in directing the day-to-day activities of Team Support/Receptionist and Account Assistant personnel.
- Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, policy releases, check requests, invoices, finance agreements, summaries, loss runs, MVRs, ID cards, certificates, and binders.
- Identify and reconcile billing inaccuracies, review policy forms, prepare submissions, perform online rating, create proposals and AOR letters, and support new and renewal business workflows.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in all agency management systems.
- Ensure the timely completion of all tasks and activities.
- Keep the account team informed of workload status and any issues.
- Provide proactive and responsive service to clients and internal partners.
- Ensure productivity and quality standards are consistently met.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of insurance industry experience, OR 5+ years of related customer service experience.
- Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage operations and client needs.
- Required active insurance licensing.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

Work Mode
