Cochlear Americas is seeking a Growth Channel Specialist to serve as the compassionate first point of contact for professional referrers. You will deliver a world-class experience while capturing lead information and collaborating internally to ensure a seamless patient referral handling process.
What You'll Do
- Provide a responsive, world-class experience to potential professional referrers through telephone and email service.
- Complete outbound engagement efforts to nurture and develop ongoing professional relationships with the customer base.
- Educate professionals about cochlear implant and bone conduction solution candidacy and available support tools.
- Document relationship setup and the patient journey within Salesforce from referral onward.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the Regional B2B field and AMEM team by engaging leads and connecting with area team members.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of experience in the hearing industry
- Strong computer skills, preferably in Microsoft Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance/manage multiple, changing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Follows through on commitments, meets deadlines, takes responsibility for actions, and shows consistency between words and actions
- Identifies and communicates opportunities for improvement in role-related tasks
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and positively in a team environment to build strong, professional relationships
