Cencora is hiring an Account Manager, Project Analyst to serve as the primary point of contact for a health systems customer account in the California area. In this lead individual contributor role, you will work directly with health system leadership to address service needs and provide expert support. Your work will be essential to delivering on our purpose of creating healthier futures.
What You'll Do
- Actively identify and address client service needs and issues within the current contract.
- Provide onsite, expert customer service support for new account setup, associate training, and ordering platform reporting.
- Serve as the on-site subject matter expert for the Cencora ABCO ordering platform and health system report generation.
- Partner with external client representatives and internal support teams to ensure business goals are met.
- Meet with client stakeholders to establish mutually agreed upon timelines for reporting and progress updates.
- Understand customer-specific nuances and ensure internal teams have the knowledge needed for alignment.
- Participate in projects focused on client saving initiatives such as GPO optimization, contract optimization, or inventory optimization.
- Work with internal teams on client retention strategy, taking initiative to ensure needs and timelines are met.
- Analyze data functions including allocation tracking, backorder, contract compliance, generic conversion, 340B savings, and quarterly business reports.
- Take direction from the account support team lead.
- Participate in regularly required service compliance training and complete all training on time.
What We're Looking For
- Normally requires a four-year bachelor’s degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Normally requires 2+ years of experience within a pharmacy or healthcare finance department.
Nice to Have
- Pharmacy technician certification and/or experience as a pharmaceutical buyer.
